After a very frustrating first few weeks as a new Iphone user with the same problem of not syncing calendars from my outlook 03, I spent countless hours on the phone with Apple tech support to no avail, had an appointment at the Apple Store with a “Genius” good guy and all but after three long hours sitting there watching him perform many of the steps that I had already done over the phone and many others, he exhausted his possibilities and sent me home without resolving my issue. I left the Mall that night way after closing time and was somehow dizzy after so many hours battling that it felt weird and surreal like if I was in some kind of zombie movie…
I’m definitely going back there to show him your solution for the problem and I just can’t believe that Apple put out such a great product with a glitch like that and looks like they are ignoring the problem sticking their heads on the sand hoping that the problem disappear, or waiting for someone like you come along and solve the issue for them.
