    Problem:

Your iPhone will not sync outlook calendar. However your outlook contacts sync just fine!

    Fix:

    Open your Outlook

    Click (File)

    Then (Import / export)

Select Export to a file in the format of TAB windows( do not use .pst or .cvs)
after you export your calendar go back to your calendar and delete all the events, appointments etc.

Easy way to delete all items is by doing a search for an item, select advance search, then make sure only your calendar is selected then do a search and all your items will show up in the box, select edit, select all then delete!

After you have deleted all your items

Go back and import your file back to your calendar

Then open up iTunes and try to sync your data!

EDIT: Before trying this, iTunes just came out with a new update! Try to download that and see if you can sync! If not then try this fix!
  2.
Click on File then import / export

  3.
    Export to a file

  4.
    Export as Tab (windows)
      testte3.jpg
  5.
    Select Calendar
      testte5.jpg
  6.
Give your export file a name! (i.e. back up)
      testte6.jpg
  7.
    Then hit finish!

  8.
Now go and delete all your item in your calendar! (Don't worry if your back up worked then you will be okay)

    Easy way coming soon...
  9.
Now go back thur. the same way and import this time insted of export. All your items should show back up! Now go back and sync your iphone! and if all goes well it should work!

I hava a question. I did one of the workaround fixes a few days ago, by exporting/importing my calendar data into a .csv file, since NONE of the other fixes worked (and your lastes fix wasn't published yet). The .csv export/import worked with a few bugs of it's own of course

So...what will happen if I update with the new iTunes fix? Now that so many people have "changed" their calendar formats will we be even more screwed up than before. I probably should have been patient and waited for the Apple fix, but I use my calendar every day. Any ideas?
    Thanks, Ina B.

By the way, I really like your format. Even if I didn't understand what to do, you make it so clear with the pictures.

    baci48,

    Thanks for your question.

When you do the upgrade for iTunes, you will be able to sync your iphone to your computer just as you did when you did the work around, (you just fixed the problem your self) Your calender will not be effect by upgrading your iTunes. (Apple just came out with the update on 7/31/08, which for me was one week too late LOL)

You should be just fine with your calendar, you just might have to reset up your recurrences of your appointments!
